Sale or return of goods

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without penalty. By returning goods the contract of sale is nullified. If it is not possible to return the goods by post, it is sufficient to inform us by fax or e-mail within the same period of time.

Cost of returning goods

We will bear the cost of returning the goods as long as the value of the order is in excess of 40,00 €. Where payment has already be made we will refund the customer within 30 days of receipt of the goods or of the request to do so. Special orders are excluded from return. If goods are damaged or reduced in value, the customer must bear the cost of compensation.

Price and delivery costs

All prices in the catalogue or on this homepage include value added tax, delivery costs are extra. Within Germany delivery costs are:

Delivery is free for orders of 50,00 € or more in Germany. You will receive the goods as registered mail or as package.

Delivery on account is by special arrangement.

Delivery to other countries by appointment.
